An interview study done with Åbo Akademi University showing what kind of services asylum seekers do need and how can the library answer to those needs. Interviewed happened in either Arabic, Dari, Urdu or English according to the teams’s own lingual skills trying to find the easiest way for the interviewed person to share their stories.

The team visited reception centers in different cities trying to have an understandng on the variety of the services provided in different areas. New language café’s were started as part of the study and understanding of what asylum seekers need.
